"Welcome to Town"
A part of Local Intelligence's commitment to matching communities with families is our "Welcome to Town" service.
The "Welcome to Town" service involves meeting new employees and their families in the community and showing them around. We introduce the family to relevant social networks, show them where the schools, hospitals and shops are and introduce them to various stake holders. Through a thorough personalised introduction service we will assist the whole family to feel welcome and integrated in the community which will in turn encourage them to stay long term in the town.

Rural Community Catalogue
The drive to catalogue Australian communities has begun.
- Local Intelligence has a mission to catalogue all rural Queensland communities.
- By cataloging all communities and providing an extensive series of online resources Local Intelligence is quickly becoming known as the most comprehensive site to learn about life in rural Australia.
- The catalogue of Aussie towns is simple and easy to use providing all of the information that often only the locals know, but which people want to know before committing to move their family or their business Bush.
- It is envisioned that by developing a database of local knowledge about each community for both individuals, government and corporate organisations; more families and more events will have the information they need to make the decision to move Bush.
- This catalogued database of communities will be promoted through employment websites and government portals.
- There is a one off fee applicable when you list your community but the information is then available free, for anyone in the world to access.
If you would like to add your community to the database please contact us at lara.wilde@localintelligence.com.au
