Selling cowboys online to raise money for Careflight.

One project that we have at Warwick Rodeo this year to attract more publicity and simultaneously raise money for Care Flight, is to hold a Cowboy Auction.

The way the Auction will work is this.
When nominations open on October 14th we will open bidding via an ebay auction.
Bidding will close on the 24th of October.

The highest bidder for each cowboy will automatically win:
- a ticket into the Warwick Rodeo, 
- a collectable Warwick Rodeo poster signed by the cowboy they bid for and won, and 
- a free tour of behind the chutes to meet the cowboys with the 2008 Warwick Rodeo Queen.

The winning bidder of the cowboy who gets the most points out of all of the cowboys up for auction, will win a Rodeo Survival Prize pack valued at more than $1000.
The pack will include:
- A Family Pass to the NFR finals in January 2009 on the Gold Coast
- A family pass to the Mud Bulls and Music weekend
- A family pass to the Rodeo Heritage Centre
- A 12 month subscription to Rodeo News
- A $200 voucher for a pair of Ariat boots
- A Warwick Rodeo shirt
- A Warwick Rodeo belt buckle
- A Warwick Rodeo stubbie cooler
- A Warwick Rodeo hat
- A Warwick Rodeo cooler bag
- A Warwick Rodeo key ring
- A dvd of the Warwick Rodeo including the winning ride

Proceeds from the auction will go to Care Flight.
